Modelama Exports

We are based out of B-57 in the Okhla Industrial Area, Phase I. Okhla is a pretty dusty and busy place. There are trucks everywhere and people always moving things. Our building, B-57, has been around for a long time. Modelama Exports is just one of the many operations running in this phase. It is not a quiet neighborhood. You can hear the machines and the traffic all day long. We have a decent sized space here. It is mostly just for working and storage. We do not have a front desk with a receptionist or anything like that. If you come in, you will probably just see someone busy with a task. We try to keep things moving. Phase I is very industrial, as the name says. It is where things get made. We have been here through a lot of changes in the area. The roads get pretty bad when it rains, but we still make it in to work. It is a practical place to be for what we do. We do not spend money on making the place look like a palace. We just need it to work. That is our philosophy, if you can call it that. Just showing up and getting the job done at B-57. It is a busy life but we are used to it by now. It’s a good spot for us.
