We run Rajput Bus Service from M Block in Model Town 3. We are right near the government school and the Arya Samaj Mandir. It’s a central spot so it makes sense for the buses. We’ve been operating around here for a long time. The office is small and tucked away. Most of the time we are out checking the vehicles or talking to the drivers. It’s a lot of logistics. You have to keep track of timings and routes every single day. Things break down sometimes and we have to fix them fast. That’s the hardest part of the job. We have a few different buses in the fleet. Some are older than others. We keep them running as best as we can. It’s not a glamorous job. There’s a lot of paperwork with the permits and all that. We just try to keep the schedules on time. People in Model Town know where to find us if they need to book something. We don't have a big website or anything. Just the office near the school. Usually, someone is there to answer the phone. It gets hectic in the mornings when everything is starting up. But once the buses are out, things quiet down a bit. We just keep going, day after day. It is what we know how to do and we stay busy with it.
