Mobile Care Co. is a small shop located at G-9 in the Progressive Chamber. We are right in the D-Block of the Central Market in Prashant Vihar. If you’ve ever been to this market, you know it’s always crowded with people shopping and eating. We are right in the middle of all that noise and energy. Most of our day is spent at a small workbench, squinting at the insides of mobile phones and trying to figure out why they won’t turn on or why the screen is glitching. It’s a lot of fiddly work with tiny screws and delicate cables. The shop isn't big, but we have it organized with all the spare parts and tools we need. We get all kinds of people coming in, some who are very upset about their broken phones and others who just need a quick screen replacement. We try to be direct with everyone about how much it will cost and how long it will take. Sometimes the repairs are easy, and sometimes they are a real headache. We’ve been in the Central Market for quite a while, and we like being part of the local scene here. It’s a busy life, but it’s interesting because you never know what kind of device someone is going to bring in next. We aren't a fancy corporate service center; we’re just a local repair spot where we do our best to fix what’s broken.
