Mke(P)Ltd. is our company and we are over in Vpo Charkhi Dadri in the Bhawani district of Haryana. It’s a pretty standard place to work. We’ve been here long enough that everyone knows where the office is. We handle the usual daily tasks that come with running a business in this part of the country. It’s mostly about staying on top of the work and making sure we don't miss any deadlines. The office itself is simple. We don't have fancy carpets or glass walls, just a functional space where we can sit down and get things done. Haryana can get quite cold in the winter and very hot in the summer, so we spend a lot of time managing that. We aren't trying to be something we're not. We are just a local company doing our bit. Most of our staff lives nearby, so it’s a short walk or ride to get in every morning. We deal with whatever comes through the door. Sometimes it’s a lot of paperwork and other times it’s more hands-on. We try to keep a decent pace and not get overwhelmed. It’s a practical way to live and work.
