It’s usually pretty hot here in Govind Puri, so we stay busy at Mistcold Sales& Service P Ltd. Most days start with us checking the list of jobs and getting the guys ready to go out. We've been at 1219/10 for a while now. Dealing with cooling units and all that hardware isn't always easy, but it’s what we do. Sometimes the phones don't stop ringing when the summer hits hard in Delhi. We handle sales and then there’s the service side where things get messy with grease and spare parts. It’s a lot of running around, honestly. People come by the office to ask about parts or why their machine is making a weird noise. We try to give them a straight answer without too much talk. It’s just a regular workplace where we focus on getting through the day's tasks. Usually, the shop smells like old metal and tea. We know the roads around here well because we’re always moving from one spot to another. It’s not a fancy setup, just a practical one where we keep the records and wait for the next call. Sometimes things go smooth, other times a part is missing and we have to wait a couple of days for it to arrive. That’s just how it goes in this line of work. We aren't trying to be anything we aren't, just a local team working out of this corner of Delhi and trying to keep the machines running for everyone. It’s not always pretty, but it’s the job.
