Mindlance is based out of B-17 in South Extn., Part -1, New Delhi. South Extension is one of those places that is always packed with people and cars. Our office is right in the middle of all that action. Finding parking is usually a headache, so most of us prefer taking the metro or an auto to get here. The building itself is an older one, typical of this part of Delhi. It has a lot of character, even if the stairs are a bit narrow. We spend our days mostly handling paperwork and talking to people on the phone. It gets pretty loud outside during the festival seasons or when there is a big sale at the nearby markets. We have a small pantry where we make tea and eat our lunch together. It is a very normal, everyday kind of workplace. We don't have a big sign out front that glows at night. We just have a small plate on the door. It is a tight-knit group here, and since we are in such a busy area, there is always something happening right outside our windows. You can hear the vendors and the honking all day long. It is just the way South Delhi is. We like being centrally located because it makes it easier for people to find us, even if the traffic is a mess most of the time. There is a local park nearby where some of us go for a walk after work to clear our heads.
