Mideast Pipeline Products

Our place is on Sir Syed Road in Batla House, which is part of the Okhla area in New Delhi. It’s a busy street and our building, H-78/7, is right in the thick of it. We focus on pipeline products here. It’s a lot of manual work, moving things around and making sure we have what people are looking for. The office is pretty basic, just a few chairs and a lot of paperwork on the desks. We spend a lot of time on the phone or talking to people who walk in off the street. Okhla is a hardworking area, and we fit right in with that. We don’t have a marketing team or anything like that. We just do our work and hope people are satisfied with what they get. It gets pretty loud outside with the traffic and the markets, but we’re used to it. We’ve been operating from this same spot for quite some time now. We aren't a big corporation, just a small business trying to make a living. We keep things simple and honest. If we have the part, we tell you. If we don’t, we see if we can get it. That’s just the way it is here. Sometimes we have to sort through piles of inventory to find a specific valve or pipe, but that's how it goes. It's a crowded space but we make it work for us and the customers.
