You can find us over in Karol Bagh, specifically at 9/10-Pusa Road. This part of New Delhi is always crowded, so there is never a quiet moment outside our door. Being in the glass industry means we deal with a lot of heavy stuff and fragile items too. Mico Glass Ind. has been sitting on this road for a long time. The office isn't anything fancy to look at, just a regular workplace with desks and some samples leaning against the walls. We spend most of our time answering phones or checking on orders that need to go out. The metro is close by, which helps because parking around here is a total nightmare. Sometimes the dust from the road gets in, so we spend a lot of time cleaning surfaces. It’s a family-run kind of vibe even if the name sounds official. We don't spend money on big signs or bright lights. Most people who come here have been doing business with us for years. They know exactly where we are located between the shops. It gets hot in the summer, and the old fans we have don't always do the trick, but we make it work. It’s a lot of manual coordination and making sure the crates are packed right. We aren't trying to be the biggest company, just a steady one that stays open six days a week. We like the pace of Karol Bagh even if it gets a bit chaotic sometimes.
