Metro Sales

Metro Sales is a small operation based out of Siraspur, specifically in the Bhagat Singh Park area at K-22. We aren't a big chain or a fancy showroom. It’s just a local business where we sell various industrial and commercial goods to whoever needs them. The neighborhood is a mix of houses and small industrial plots, so it has a very local, neighborhood feel. We started out small and stayed that way because it lets us manage things ourselves without too much unnecessary headache. The office is basically just a desk in a room filled with whatever we are currently stocking for our customers. Sometimes it’s basic tools, other times it’s hardware or supplies for the nearby workshops. We don't have a website that we update or a marketing budget to speak of. Most people just give us a phone call or drop by the shop when they are in Siraspur. It’s a simple life for us. We open up in the morning, check our handwritten orders, and see what needs to be delivered or picked up by the end of the day. The street outside can get a bit muddy during the monsoon rains, and parking is always a bit of a challenge around here, but we make do. We like the fact that we know our customers by their first names. It’s not about being the biggest company; it’s just about being reliable for the people who depend on us for their daily supplies.
