Metro Project

Down here in Ramanathapuram district, specifically in the Krishna Nagar area of Kumbaram, things move a little differently than in the big cities. Metro Project is based right here in Periyapattanam. We spend a lot of our time out in the field, working on whatever needs doing. It’s a quiet place for the most part, and we like it that way. Most of the people we work with are neighbors or folks from the nearby villages. We don't have a fancy website or a big marketing team. Word of mouth is how we get most of our work. Whether it’s a small renovation or something a bit bigger, we just try to be practical about it. The weather can be a real challenge sometimes, especially with the heat, but we’ve lived here all our lives, so we know how to deal with it. We aren't trying to change the world, just trying to build things that last. You might see us at the local tea stall talking shop or planning out the next day’s schedule. It’s a simple setup we’ve got here. We keep our overhead low and our tools in good shape. If someone has a question, they usually just walk up and ask. We appreciate the slow pace and the fact that everyone knows who we are. It makes the work feel more personal and real.
