Metro Cable Industries

Metro Cable Industries is located in Shahdara at A34/35. We are on Street Number 1, which is just off the Jagat Puri Mandoli Road. If you are looking for us, we are quite near the Nathu Colony Chowk, which is a big landmark in this area. We make different kinds of cables here. The workshop is always full of the sound of machines and the smell of hot plastic. There are scraps of wire everywhere, no matter how often we sweep up. It is a busy, hardworking environment. We have several machines that run almost all day long. We have a small crew and we’ve all been working together for quite some time now. The location is busy, and there is always a lot of traffic on the road outside, which can be a bit annoying when we are trying to load the trucks. We don't have a fancy office or a showroom; it is just the factory floor and a small space for the paperwork. We spend our days making sure the wires are coated properly and the spools are wound tight. It is tiring work, but we are used to it. We drink a lot of tea and usually have the radio on to break the monotony. We aren't looking to be famous, just to keep the business running and provide for our families. It’s a simple life. Sometimes things break, and we just fix them.
