We operate out of H-103 in Sagar Sadan, which is right in the IP Extn area of New Delhi. It’s a residential-feeling spot, which makes the workday feel a bit more relaxed than being in a massive glass tower downtown. The building is older, but it has character and the security guards at the gate are friendly enough once they know your face. Inside the office, it’s mostly just desks, phones, and a whole lot of paper. We handle various trading bits from here, mostly keeping track of shipments and talking to suppliers. IP Extn is a nice part of Delhi because everything you need is pretty much within walking distance. We often end up discussing business over a coffee at the local market nearby. The office itself is pretty quiet, except when the phones start going off all at once. We share the space with a lot of filing cabinets and a very old printer that we probably should have replaced two years ago. We don’t spend much on fancy decor or high-end furniture. Most of our stuff is stuff we’ve gathered over the years. It works for us. Our team is small, just a handful of people who’ve worked together for a long time. We know how each other works, so we don't need a lot of meetings or rules. We just get in, check the logs, and make sure the day's trading goes off without too many hitches.
