You can find us on the 3rd floor at F-37 in Dilshad Colony. Being on the front side of the building gives us a decent view of the street, even if it’s just watching the rickshaws and delivery bikes go by all day. It’s a bit of a climb up the stairs, especially in the Delhi summer heat when the air feels heavy, but we’re used to it. We do a lot of trading here, mostly coordination and making sure the supplies get where they need to go. The office is usually a mess of invoices and samples scattered on the tables. It’s not a big space, but it’s enough for what we do. We’ve got a couple of computers that have seen better days and a landline that never seems to stop ringing. Dilshad Colony is a crowded place, so there’s always something happening outside. Sometimes we grab lunch from the stalls downstairs and eat while we work. We don’t have a fancy reception desk or anything. If someone stops by, they usually just pull up a plastic chair and we talk business. We’ve been in this spot for a while now and know the area well. It’s a practical location for us since it’s easy to get to different parts of the city from here. We just focus on keeping the trade moving and making sure the accounts stay balanced as best we can.
