MedLinks is an office we run over at A-1/304 Safdarjung Enclave. We have been working from this spot in Safdarjung Enclave for quite some time now. It is a medical coordination office, so it isn't like a clinic where you see doctors in white coats. Instead, we spend our time on the phones and computers helping people find the medical care they need. The office is a bit quiet most of the time, filled with files and paperwork. We don't have any big corporate goals or polished speeches. We just know a lot about how the hospitals and treatments work, and we share that with the people who come to us. Being in a residential area like Safdarjung Enclave makes the office feel a bit more relaxed than being in a big commercial building. We take a lot of calls from folks who are worried about their health and just need to know where to go next. It takes a lot of patience to get all the details right for every person. Sometimes we are busy from morning until night just organizing schedules and checking records. We don't do much advertising because most people find us through friends or family who have used us before. It is just a small team of us here at A-1/304 doing our daily work. We like the neighborhood and the people we get to help every day. It feels good to be a part of the local community.
