We operate out of the Community Centre in Naraina, specifically at number 43. It’s a bit of a concrete maze around here, but we’ve made our spot feel like home. Medical E Commerce Sol is mostly about screens and boxes. Since we do the e-commerce side of things, there are always computers humming and printers spit out labels all day long. It gets pretty loud when the packing tape starts flying. We aren't some giant warehouse with robots; it’s just us packing things by hand and making sure the addresses are right. The Naraina area has its own rhythm, usually involves a lot of trucks and people rushing to get things delivered before the sun goes down. Our office has a few plants that are struggling a bit because we forget to water them, and the desks are covered in sticky notes. We don't have a big reception area or anything like that. If you walk in, you'll probably just see one of us on the phone or trying to fix a jammed printer. It’s a lot of coordination between the suppliers and the people buying stuff online. Some days are faster than others, especially when a big shipment comes in late. We just try to keep up with the orders and make sure nothing gets lost in the shuffle. It's regular work for regular people. We grab tea from the stall nearby when things get slow.
