Our office is in Gurgaon, but not the part with all the glass skyscrapers. We are in the Urban Estate, specifically at 1390/4. If you’re looking for Mdl Construction Pvt. The office is really just a couple of rooms where we keep our files and meet up in the morning before heading out. We handle various construction projects, so there’s always someone coming in with a tape measure or a map. It’s a simple operation. We don’t have a receptionist or a coffee machine that makes lattes. We just have a kettle and some tea bags. The desk I sit at has been here since we started. It’s a bit wobbly, but it works. We’ve known Jagnandan Prasad for a long time, and being based here feels right for us. The walls are painted a plain off-white, and there are calendars from three years ago still hanging up because nobody bothered to take them down. It’s a busy life, trying to build things in a city that’s always growing. We just take it one day at a time, keeping track of our supplies and workers from this little corner.
