We are over in Pocket A of Mayur Vihar II. The address is 253C, and it’s a spot we have been in for quite some time now. Maxwell Projects Pvt Ltd is just the name we use for all the official stuff. Around here, most people just know us as the guys in the corner office. Mayur Vihar II is a decent part of Delhi-91 to be in. It’s got a lot of trees and it feels a bit more relaxed than the city center. Our office is on a ground floor which makes it easy to move things in and out. We have a lot of old files from years ago tucked away in the back. It’s a bit dusty back there but we don't really bother with it much. We just focus on what is happening today. The desks are a bit old and the chairs squeak a little when you sit down. It’s a real office where real work happens. We don’t have a receptionist or anything fancy like that. If the phone rings, whoever is closest just picks it up. We have some neighbors who run other small businesses nearby, so we see the same faces every morning. It’s a steady way of life and we just keep doing what we do. There’s usually some chai being made and we just take things as they come without making a big fuss.
