We are based at 8 B Toot Sarai, right in the heart of Malaviya Nagar in New Delhi. It is a very busy area, and our office is usually just as hectic. We are not the doctors you see in the hospital; we handle more of the institutional side of things from here. There is always a lot of paperwork to get through, from scheduling to managing records. We have people coming in and out all day long. It is a bit of a maze in here sometimes with all the files and computers. We try to keep everything in order, but in a big healthcare setup like this, there is always something happening. Malaviya Nagar is a lively spot, and being here puts us close to everything we need. We do not really have time for polished presentations. We just focus on making sure the backend of the healthcare system is running like it is supposed to. It is a lot of long hours and quick lunches at our desks. We have been in this location for a while, and the neighborhood has grown up around us. We just do our part in the bigger picture of keeping things moving. It isn't always easy, and it definitely isn't quiet, but it is the work we do. The noise from the street filtered into our rooms is just part of the background now. We have stacks of paperwork that never seem to get smaller.
