You can find us at 49 Arjun Nagar, which is right near the Safdarjung Enclave area in New Delhi. Mariners Buildcon has been based here for a while now. Delhi is always fast-paced, and Arjun Nagar is no exception with its narrow streets and constant flow of people. Our office is a simple building where we manage our construction and building projects. There is usually a layer of dust on the windows from the street outside, and the sound of horns is something we just live with. Inside, the space is filled with blueprints, samples of tiles or bricks, and a couple of desks that are usually buried under paperwork. We are a public limited company, but the office doesn't feel very formal. It’s more of a place where we meet up to discuss site progress and handle the accounts. We have a small area where we make coffee and tea, which gets used a lot during the winter months when it gets quite chilly in Delhi. Most of the staff has been together for years, so we have a good rhythm going. We don't spend much on advertising or making the office look like a gallery. It is just a practical hub for us to coordinate our building work across the city. People drop by to talk about contracts or just to drop off deliveries, and we just keep things moving as best as we can.
