Marc Sanitation

Marc Sanitation is tucked away in Pocket F of Mayur Vihar Phase-II. It’s a residential area, so it’s usually pretty quiet until the morning rush starts. We have been operating from this 33 D address for quite some time. The office is basically where we handle all the paperwork and talk to customers about what they need for their home renovations. It’s small, and sometimes the desk gets buried under catalogs and invoices. We deal with a lot of bathroom fixtures and basic plumbing parts. It’s not the kind of place with a big shiny showroom. It’s more of a practical workspace. We spend our mornings checking what came in and what needs to go out to the different sites. Delhi summers are tough, so the fan is always on high. We usually have a few people coming in and out, mostly locals or contractors we’ve known for years. There’s no big sales pitch here. We just show people what’s available and tell them the price. It’s simple. We try to keep things organized, but when a big shipment of sinks or taps arrives, things get a bit crowded for a day or two. My colleagues and I just focus on getting the orders right. We like being in this part of New Delhi because it feels like a real community. It’s a straightforward business, and we like keeping it that way without any extra fuss or corporate layers.
