You can find us at Flat No-101 in the Bengali Colony area of Mahavir Enclave. It’s part of the H3/79C block in Palam. It’s a bit of a residential spot, so we are right in the middle of the neighborhood. We handle the trading side of the crane business from this flat. It’s not a huge space, just enough for a couple of desks and some filing cabinets for the records. Being in Palam means we are near the airport and see a lot of traffic. We spend a lot of time on the computer looking at inventory and talking to people who are looking to buy or sell equipment. It is mostly a lot of back-and-forth communication. There are only a few of us working here, so it stays fairly quiet unless the phones are ringing off the hook. We’ve been at this location for a while and the neighbors know us. It’s a simple setup without any big signs or anything. We just focus on the trading and making sure the documents are in order for the equipment we deal with. It is practical work and we don't feel the need for a big glass building. The flat works fine for what we do every day. We just open up, start the computers, and get to work on the day's lists.
