Manitowoc Crane Group

Our place is situated in DLF Phase 1 in Gurgaon. It’s a busy part of the city with a lot of offices and people moving around. We deal with cranes and heavy equipment, though the office here is more for the management and logistics side of things. It’s not where we keep the big machines, obviously, as there isn't enough space for that in DLF. Instead, we spend our time on the phones, coordinating where the equipment needs to go and talking to the operators. The office is pretty functional with some desks and a coffee machine that gets a lot of use. We have a small team here that keeps track of the schedules. Gurgaon has changed a lot since we first started, with new buildings going up everywhere you look. It's a good spot for us because we are close to the main roads and can get to different sites relatively easily. We don't spend much time on fancy decorations or anything. Most of our day is just checking emails and making sure the parts and machines are where they are supposed to be. It’s steady work and keeps us all quite busy throughout the week. Sometimes things get hectic when a project is starting up, but usually, it's just a regular routine of managing the fleet from our desks.
