You’ll find us on the first floor of a building at 9385/9 on Sadar Thana Road, over in the Paharganj area. If you’ve ever been to Multani Dhanda, you know it’s a very crowded and busy part of the city. We’ve been operating from here for a long time, dealing with pharmaceutical products. It’s mostly wholesale stuff, so our space is often filled with boxes of medicines waiting to be moved. The stairs up to the first floor are a bit narrow, and it can be a struggle when we are moving stock around, but we make it work. Paharganj is always full of noise—honking cars, people shouting, and the general chaos of a market area. Inside our office, it’s a bit more organized, but still pretty tight on space. We spend our days taking orders over the phone and making sure the right boxes get to the right chemists. We don’t have a fancy reception or anything like that. It’s just desks, computers, and a lot of shelving. Our team has been together for years, so we know the routine inside out. We don’t really bother with marketing or trying to look like a big corporate firm. We’re just a local business in a busy part of Delhi trying to get medicines where they need to go. It’s hectic and sometimes stressful, but it’s what we do every day. There isn't much to it besides that.
