We are Manashi Construction & Properties Pvt. Ltd. and we work out of Mehrauli. Our place is at 171. B-6, Ward No. 2, right in that old part of New Delhi. Mehrauli is a crowded place, but it has a lot of history and character. We deal with property and construction matters around here. It's mostly about helping people find a spot or building something simple. Dealing with property in Delhi is never really easy, there's always some paper or another that needs looking at. We spend a lot of time walking around the ward, checking on things. It’s a small office, mostly just files and a couple of chairs. We aren't trying to be the biggest company in the city. We just want to do the work right so people don't have problems later. Sometimes we’re out on a site all day, and other times we’re just sitting here drinking tea and talking to clients. It’s a very local business. Most of the people we work with live within a few kilometers of us. We know the area well, every little lane and corner of Ward 2. If you need something built or a property sorted out, we just get on with it. No fuss. It’s been our routine for years now. The traffic in Mehrauli is a nightmare, but we’re used to it by now. We just stay busy and keep things moving.
