Management Trainee

H.No. 2126 in C-Block of Ranjit Avenue is where we do our thing. Amritsar is a great city to be in, and Ranjit Avenue is a well-known spot, so people usually don't have trouble finding the house. We use this space for the Management Trainee operations. It’s a residential area, which makes the whole vibe of the office feel much more like a home than a workplace. We have our desks set up in the main rooms, and there’s always someone in the kitchen making tea or grabbing a snack. We aren't trying to impress anyone with glass walls or expensive furniture. We just have what we need to get the work done. A lot of our day involves coordinating different tasks and making sure our trainees are on the right track. It can get a bit loud when everyone is talking at once, but we usually manage to keep things organized. We don't follow a strict corporate handbook; we just use common sense and try to be fair with everyone. It’s a straightforward environment where hard work is expected but we still have a laugh now and then. Being in Distt. Amritsar gives us a good connection to the local area, and we’re happy to be settled in here.
