Malhotra & Assocites

Malhotra & Assocites is tucked away in the basement of building 54 in Pandav Nagar. We are right opposite the Mother Dairy on the main road, so we see people coming and going for their daily milk and groceries all day long. Being in a basement means it stays a bit cooler in the summer, which is a blessing. It’s a functional space, filled with desks, computers, and a lot of storage boxes. We handle a variety of professional tasks here, and the atmosphere is generally pretty relaxed but focused. You can hear the rumble of the traffic on the main road above us, but it’s just background noise after a while. We aren't big on polished corporate looks. Our carpets are a bit worn and the lighting is just standard tube lights. We care more about getting the work done right than having a flashy office. Most of our day is spent on the phone or typing away at the keyboards. When we need a break, we just step out and cross the road to grab something from the dairy. It’s a very local way of working. We’ve been in this Pandav Nagar spot for years, and we’ve seen the main road change quite a bit. Despite the changes outside, we just keep doing our thing down here in the basement. It’s a practical, no-nonsense environment where we just focus on the job at hand. We don't have a big team, just a few of us who know the routine well. It works for us.
