You can find Malhan Constructions (P) Ltd. over at D-136, on the first floor in Krishna Park. We are right on the Main Khanpur Devli Road in New Delhi. It’s a pretty busy street with a lot of traffic and noise, which is just part of living and working in Delhi. Our office is a simple setup where we manage all the building work we have going on. Construction is a messy business, but we keep the office as tidy as we can while we look over plans and talk to contractors. Being in the Khanpur area means we are right in the thick of things. We’ve been here long enough that the local shopkeepers know us. We don’t have a flashy lobby or anything like that. It’s just a place to get the job done. Sometimes the phones are ringing off the hook and other times it’s quiet enough to actually get through the mountain of paperwork. We deal with the usual Delhi heat and the occasional power cut, but we keep the work moving. It’s not about being the biggest company, it’s just about being reliable for the projects we take on. If you’re coming down Devli Road, we are easy to find. We just focus on our tasks and try to stay organized in this busy city. That’s how we’ve always handled things here on the first floor.
