Our spot is at E-25 in the Nawada Housing Complex, which is right off the Najafgarh Road. It is a very busy part of the city, especially with the road being a main artery and the metro station at Dwarka being so close by. You can always hear the traffic and the horns honking outside our windows. The office itself is quite plain, just some desks, chairs, and a lot of folders. We deal with properties all around this area, so we are constantly going in and out to show people around. It is a lot of walking and talking, and by the end of the day, we are usually pretty tired. We do not have any of those polished brochures or a fancy receptionist at the front. It is usually just one of us answering the door when someone knocks to ask about a listing. The housing complex is old, and our office reflects that, but it is a solid place to work from. We keep a stack of local newspapers to check for new listings and have a small fridge for cold water when the Delhi heat gets too much to handle. We are not trying to be the biggest company out there, we just focus on the houses and shops in our neighborhood. It is a simple business, run by people who know the streets and the buildings around Najafgarh Road pretty well.
