We are located in Sahibabad over at Shalimar Garden Extension 1. Our office is A-818, G-3, which is on the ground floor. It makes it easy for people to just walk in off the street. Ghaziabad is a busy place and this neighborhood has a lot of people moving in and out. We deal with property and development stuff. It is mostly just paperwork and talking to people about where they want to live. The office gets a bit cramped when the whole crew is in, but we manage. There is a lot of dust from the roads nearby so we are always cleaning the windows. We have some maps on the wall and a couple of plastic chairs. It is a simple setup because we spend a lot of time out at the actual sites anyway. My brother and I run the day to day. We don't have a fancy website or anything like that. People mostly find us by word of mouth or by seeing the sign outside. It is a tough business sometimes with all the regulations and delays, but we have been doing it long enough to not get too stressed out. We just take it day by day. Sometimes the power goes out in the afternoon and we just sit outside for a bit. It is just real life here, nothing like those big shiny offices in the city.
