Our office is on the second floor at A338 in Vikaspuri, New Delhi. It is right in the middle of a busy neighborhood. We deal with wood exports. Magickwood Exports isn't a huge corporation; we are just a few people who know a lot about wood and how to ship it. We spend our time looking at samples and making sure the quality is what it should be. Exporting from Delhi can be a bit of a mess with all the paperwork and the transport issues, but we’ve gotten used to it over the years. We aren't trying to sell you a dream. We are selling wood products. The office in Vikaspuri is usually full of wood chips and catalogs. We don't have a fancy lobby or anything. You just come up to the second floor and you'll find us working. We talk to suppliers and we talk to buyers. It’s a lot of back and forth. Sometimes the shipping containers are late, or the customs folks have questions, and we have to handle all that. It’s a lot of small details that have to be right. We just do our best to get the orders out on time. We don't have a big marketing budget, so we just focus on doing a decent job so people come back to us. It’s a straightforward business. We keep our paperwork organized and we keep our word. That is how we work.
