Mag Plastics

Mag Plastics is out in the DSIIDC Industrial Area in Narela, at spot H-1267. Narela is a long way out for some people, but it’s where the real industrial work happens in this region. Our facility is basically a large hall filled with plastic molding equipment and bags of raw resin. It’s almost always warm inside because of the heat required to melt the plastics. We spend our shifts monitoring the cycles and making sure the molds are clean. There’s a specific smell to a plastic factory that stays with you even after you go home. We don't have a lot of fancy furniture; mostly just metal desks and sturdy chairs that can handle the grit. The yard outside is usually full of pallets waiting to be loaded onto trucks. We have a small crew, and we mostly keep to ourselves, just focusing on the production schedule. Sometimes the power fluctuates, which is a headache, but we’ve learned how to manage it over the years. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there. We just want to make sure the parts we turn out are the right shape and size. It’s repetitive work sometimes, but seeing the finished products stacked up at the end of the day is a good feeling. We just show up, do the hours, and make sure the orders are ready for the morning pickup.
