Guru Nanak Electricals

Our shop, Guru Nanak Electricals, is right here in Madangir at F-I/5. We are very close to the Gurudwara, so if you find that, you’ve basically found us. It's a busy part of New Delhi and there is always noise from the street. I’ve been working with wires and circuits since I was young. The shop is filled with all sorts of parts, switches, and tools that I’ve collected over time. It might look a bit messy to someone else, but I know where everything is. People from the neighborhood come in when their lights flicker or they need a specific fuse. I try to help them out. Sometimes I have to go out on calls to fix things in people's houses. Those days are long and I end up climbing a lot of ladders. Being near the Gurudwara is nice, it’s a landmark everyone knows. The traffic in Madangir can be a real headache in the afternoons, but we manage. My hands are usually a bit dirty from handling old wires and dust. I don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. It’s just me and the work. I like fixing things that are broken. It's honest work and it keeps the lights on, literally. If you're walking by the Gurudwara, stop in and say hello. We are usually here until late evening every day of the week.
