Our shop is located in Shakarpur, specifically at S-606/B in the School Block. It’s a part of Delhi that always has something going on. We deal with machine tools. It’s the kind of work that involves a lot of hardware and technical specifications. We’ve been here for a while, and the neighborhood has seen a lot of changes. The School Block area is pretty crowded, so finding a parking spot can be a real challenge some days. Our office is simple. We have tools and parts lying around, and it looks exactly like a place where work gets done. It’s not a shiny showroom. We prefer it that way because it feels more authentic to what we do. We talk to people who need specific tools for their own businesses. It’s a lot of listening and trying to figure out what will work best for them. We don’t use any fancy sales pitches. We just tell people what we have and what it does. Delhi is a fast-paced place, and we try to keep up without getting overwhelmed. Most days are spent answering calls and checking our stock. We don’t have a big staff, so everyone chips in with whatever needs doing. It’s a small operation, but it’s ours. We just take it one day at a time and try to stay helpful to the folks who come in. That’s how we’ve always done it here.
