Macawber Beekay Pvt Ltd has this branch out in Vill.-Bela. It’s in the Jaunpur district of Uttar Pradesh, near P/O-Oina. It is a very local setup. We are mostly Delhi-based on paper, but this is where we actually sit and do the work in this region. The village is quiet for the most part, which is nice compared to the noise of the bigger cities. Our office is just a simple building. There isn't any fancy signage or anything like that. We just have the name on the door so people know they are in the right place. We deal with whatever the day brings, whether it is paperwork or talking to the guys on the site. It is a lot of routine stuff, really. We try to stay organized, but sometimes things get a bit messy when we are busy. That is just life in a real office. We don't have a big corporate feel here at all. We are just regular people working a job. Most of us have been here a while and we know the area well. Jaunpur is a decent place to be based. We just keep our heads down and do what we are supposed to do. There is no point in making it sound like more than it is. We are just a business in a village and we take each day as it comes without any fuss.
