Our office at Connaught Place E-13 / 39 is right in the middle of everything. You can hear the noise from the street all day long. Working at M2k Infrastructure Pvt Ltd involves a lot of looking at big plans and trying to figure out the logistics of different sites. It’s a lot of coordination. We have people coming in and out, couriers dropping off packages, and the usual office chatter. Sometimes it feels like we’re just a group of people trying to keep a hundred different things from falling apart. We use a lot of pens and paper, and the desks are always cluttered with notes. CP is a great place to be located, but it means we’re always dealing with the crowds. We don't really have a corporate vibe here. It’s more like a group of colleagues who have worked together for a long time. We know each other’s habits and how everyone takes their tea. The work is steady, mostly focused on infrastructure stuff that most people don't think about until it’s finished. We just put in the hours and make sure the projects stay on track. It’s not always easy, especially when there are delays with permits or materials, but we manage. That’s just the nature of the business in a city like Delhi. We stay busy and keep our heads down.
