Batla House is where we have set up our office, right in the middle of Jamia Nagar. It is a really lively and crowded part of New Delhi. Our office at O-18/2 is usually a hub of activity from early morning until late evening. Being developers means we are always looking at land, talking to contractors, or dealing with the local municipal office. It is never a quiet day for us. The streets outside are narrow and always full of people, which gives the whole area a lot of energy. Inside the office, we have got piles of maps and project files spread across almost every surface. We do not worry too much about having a perfectly tidy space. It is a working office, after all, and things get messy when you are busy. We have been in this specific area for quite a while, so we know the local neighborhoods and the people here pretty well. Developing property in a big city like Delhi has its own set of challenges, from the extreme heat in the summer to the way the building regulations seem to change. We just take it one day at a time. If you drop by, you will likely find us arguing over a floor plan or on the phone with a site manager. We are just a group of locals trying to do our part in the city. It takes a lot of patience to get things built here.
