Our office is located at 1716, Sector-B, Pocket-1 in Vasant Kunj, New Delhi. It is a busy residential and commercial area, so there is always a lot of traffic around the sector gates. We use this space primarily for the administrative side of our fastener business. It is a standard Delhi office setup with a few desks, some filing cabinets, and computers that always seem to be humming. We handle the sales coordination and the logistics from here, talking to suppliers and customers over the phone all day. It is a lot of sitting and typing, which is a big change from the warehouse side of things. We have a small team of people who know the area well and can navigate the city traffic to get to meetings when needed. The office is not very large, but it is enough for the paperwork and the planning we have to do. We usually have lunch together at one of the small shops nearby or bring tiffins from home. We do not have a big corporate lobby with a receptionist. Most of the time, the door is just open and we are busy with the spreadsheets. It is a quiet place to work compared to the noisier parts of the city. We just focus on keeping the orders organized and making sure the deliveries are scheduled for the right dates.
