Our office is tucked away in Lajpat Nagar IV on the fourth floor. It’s one of those old double-storey buildings, 6/38 to be exact. If you know Delhi, you know how crowded it gets around here. Parking is a nightmare every single morning. Loesche India Pvt. Ltd. has been operating from this spot for some time. Being on the fourth floor means a lot of stairs if the lift is acting up, which happens more than we’d like. The office itself is full of paper and old computers. We do a lot of the back-office work here, handling the logistics for the bigger industrial projects. It’s noisy outside with the traffic and the vendors, but we’re used to it. Sometimes we grab tea from the stall downstairs during breaks. It’s not a corporate park with glass walls. It’s just a regular space where we get things done. We spend most of the day on the phone or looking at technical drawings. The air conditioner hums constantly in the summer and it can get a bit stuffy. It gets cramped when everyone is in at once, but we manage. We don't have a big marketing team or anyone to make things look fancy. We just keep track of the schedules and make sure the parts get where they need to go. It’s a lot of coordination between the different sites. We just stay focused on the daily work and try to keep things organized.
