We focus a lot on the residential side of things here, helping people who want to make their apartments a bit more comfortable. The sun really hits these buildings hard in June. We don’t have a big corporate lobby or anyone to greet you at the door. You just walk in and we’ll be there at our desks. We spend a lot of time chatting with neighbors and local contractors who need a few rolls of material for a quick job. It’s a very grounded way to work. We don't bother with fancy brochures or polished sales pitches. If a material works, we say so. If it’s not right for your wall, we’ll tell you that too. It’s just how we do things in Sangam Vihar.
