In Gwalior, at HIG-13 in Darpan Colony, Thatipur, is where Lloyd Insulation India Ltd is located. It is a decent residential spot, which makes for a relatively calm working environment compared to the big city hubs. We handle the insulation side of things for the region from this office. The building is a standard HIG house that we use for our business operations. There is a small garden area out front that we try to keep tidy. Inside, it is mostly shelves and folders. Gwalior gets incredibly hot, so the insulation work we do feels very relevant to the local climate. We usually start the day early before the sun gets too high. Most of the staff comes from nearby areas like Thatipur or the main city center. We don't have a lot of corporate rules; we just expect everyone to do their part. Sometimes the water pump acts up, or the internet goes slow, but we manage. We aren't a huge operation with hundreds of people here. It is just a small team focused on getting the job done right. Darpan Colony is a nice place to be based. It feels more like a community than just an industrial zone. We’ve been here a good while and the locals know us. It’s just simple, daily work for us without any unnecessary complications or big meetings to worry about.
