Litwel India Limited

Bawana is a big place, and we are right here in Sec-3 at L-97. It’s a heavy industrial area, so it gets noisy and crowded with big trucks moving in and out all day. We’ve been here at Litwel India Limited for quite some time now. It's not what most people would call a glamorous job. We work with electrical stuff, mostly. The DSIDC area is busy from early morning until late at night. We have a team that’s been with us for years. They know these machines inside out. We don’t have a fancy reception area with a sofa. If you come by, you’ll see people moving heavy crates and checking circuits on the benches. Sometimes we have to stay late to finish a big batch for a client. The walls could probably use a new coat of paint, but the equipment is what really matters to us. We make sure everything is put together right. We don't do much talking; we just do the work. The road outside gets really muddy when it rains, making it hard for the delivery vans to maneuver. But we manage somehow. It’s a lot of manual work and checking things over and over again. We aren't trying to be the biggest company around, just trying to stay busy. It’s a standard factory setup. We deal with lots of small parts and pieces every single day. Some days are smoother than others, but that’s just how it goes in manufacturing. We focus on getting the orders ready.
