We are Lilac Facility Management Pvt. Ltd., and you can find us on the 2nd floor of 3/26 in Ramesh Nagar. New Delhi is a crowded place, but we’ve found our little corner here. We deal with facility management, which basically means we keep things running for other people. It isn't glamorous work, but it’s important and we take it seriously. Our office is just a regular floor in a busy building. There are always people coming and going in Ramesh Nagar, so there is never a dull moment. We started this company because we noticed how hard it was for people to find reliable help with their buildings. We aren't a big corporate chain with thousands of employees. We are a smaller team that actually cares about the buildings we look after. We don't have a fancy lobby or a lot of high-tech gadgets. We just have our phones, our computers, and a lot of lists. We don't use any of those big marketing words to describe ourselves. We are just practical people doing a practical job. If a pipe breaks or a light goes out, we are the ones who make sure it gets fixed. It’s not about being the best; it’s about being there when you're needed. We’ve been in Delhi for a while now and we know how things work here. Our desks are covered in notebooks and we drink way too much tea, but the work gets done.
