Lighto Plast Industry

We are based out in the Narela Industrial Area at C-360, DSIDC. Lighto Plast Industry has been operating from this unit for quite some time. It’s an industrial zone, so it’s all about the work here. No fancy parks or cafes around. Just lots of factories and workshops. We work with plastics, mostly for lighting fixtures and parts. The machines can be quite loud, so we have to shout sometimes to hear each other. It’s a dusty place, that’s just the nature of the industrial area. We have a small team of workers who have been with us since the start. We don't really have meetings. We just get the orders and start the machines. Sometimes we have to stay late if a big shipment is going out. The roads around Narela can be a bit rough, especially after the monsoon. We’ve gotten used to the rhythm of the place. It’s not a glamorous job, but it’s what we do. We don't spend money on fancy signs or decor. The office is just a small room with a couple of desks and a lot of filing folders. Most of our day is spent out on the floor making sure things are being made correctly. We don't use big words to describe ourselves. We just make plastic parts and try to get them delivered on time. That’s our day, every day, from morning until we close up.
