We operate out of a relatively small space that serves as our main hub for all the construction projects we have going on across the city. Being in Delhi means there is never a dull moment, between the traffic and the constant noise of the capital. We handle everything from getting the right labor to sourcing materials like steel and sand. Most of our mornings start very early with phone calls to site supervisors to see what happened overnight. We don't have a fancy showroom or anything like that because we are usually out in the field. The office is mainly for sorting out the bills and keeping track of the different permits we need for building in Delhi. It can be a real headache dealing with all the regulations, but we’ve been doing it long enough to know the drill. Our team is small and we’ve worked together for years. We don’t really do big presentations; we just show people the work we’ve done and let that be it. It’s a busy life, and the dust from the city sites never really seems to wash off completely. We just focus on finishing one job before moving to the next one.
