Leighton

Leighton is located at 65/57 New Rohtak Road in Karol Bagh. If you've ever been to this part of New Delhi, you know it’s always moving. New Rohtak Road is a main stretch, so there is constant noise from cars, trucks, and the metro nearby. Our building is one of many along this road. It's not a new glass tower, just a sturdy brick and concrete place that’s seen a lot of years. We are on one of the floors with a view of the street, which is always interesting to look at when you need a break. The office inside is pretty plain. We have our desks, some whiteboards with notes scribbled on them, and a corner where we keep the water cooler. Working at Leighton in Karol Bagh means you’re right in the middle of everything. You can find anything you need just by walking a few blocks. We don’t have any fancy mission statements on the walls. We just come in, do the work that needs to be done, and deal with the Delhi dust and heat. Sometimes the power goes out and we have to wait for the backup to kick in, but that's just part of life here. It's a simple, hardworking atmosphere where nobody puts on airs. We are just a local team doing our thing on a busy Delhi road.
