Leighton India Mahipalpur is tucked away at B-44, City Apartment in Plot No.-21, Vasundhara Enclave. It’s a bit of a different setup since we are in a residential-style plot, which makes it feel more relaxed than a standard office block. Delhi can be pretty overwhelming, but Vasundhara Enclave has its own rhythm. We’ve been working from this apartment for a while. It’s got everything we need to run the business. There’s a kitchen where we make lunch and a main room where all the real work happens. It’s not polished or shiny. There are cables running along the floor and boxes in the corner. We don't mind. We aren't here to impress people with our furniture. We are here to manage contracts and get things built. Sometimes it gets a bit cramped when the whole team is in, but we manage fine. We like being in this part of Delhi. It’s easier to get around than some of the more crowded areas. We don't have a big marketing department. We just do our tasks and wait for the next job to come in. It’s a simple life, honestly. We focus on the details of the projects rather than how the office looks. It's an honest way to spend the day. We have been in this spot for a long time and it suits us just fine for the work we do.
