We’re located at Krishna Kunj 7 in Mohyal Colony, right near Sector-40 in Gurgaon. Even though the name says New Delhi, we do most of our daily work from this Haryana address. It’s a handy spot because it's close to a lot of our current project sites. The building is pretty easy to find once you get into the colony. Inside, it’s mostly just us working on spreadsheets and talking to engineers. We don't have any fancy signs or a big lobby. It's just a place where we get the contracting business done. Sometimes it’s quiet, but usually, it’s a bit of a mess with blueprints and samples of materials laying around. We’ve been in this area long enough that we know the local vendors and where to get the best lunch nearby. We don't try to sound like a giant corporation. We’re just a group of people who know how to manage construction jobs. The phone rings a lot and there's always someone coming in to sign a permit or check a schedule. It’s a practical workspace for practical people. We don't spend time on shiny brochures. We’d rather just focus on the actual building work. If you drop by, you’ll see we’re just regular folks trying to keep things moving forward. Sometimes the power goes out, but we just keep working.
