Leighton Contactors (India) Pvt. Ltd. is located over at Krishna Kunj 7 in Mohyal Colony. It’s a bit of a tucked-away spot near Sector-40 in Gurgaon, but once you find it, it’s a good place to be. We have been in this area of 122 001 for quite some time. The building itself, Krishna Kunj, has its own character. It isn’t some glass tower in the middle of a business park. We prefer it this way. It feels more like being part of the community. Most mornings start with everyone grabbing a quick coffee and talking about the day's goals. There is a lot of paperwork in construction, and we handle all of that from this office. Sometimes the office gets a bit cluttered with blueprints and samples, but we know where everything is. The guys who work here are mostly locals from around Gurgaon or the neighboring areas. We have seen Sector-40 grow up around us, really. It used to be much quieter, but now there is always something going on nearby. We just keep our heads down and do what we need to do. It’s a straightforward operation. No one here wears a suit unless they absolutely have to for a meeting. Usually, it is just jeans and work boots because we are always headed to a site somewhere. It works for us, and we have been at it long enough that we don't really want to change the way things are done in this office.
