Ledure Lightings Ltd.

Down in Phase I of the Mangolpuri Industrial Area, you'll find us at T-2, 146. This is a tough part of New Delhi to work in because it's always busy, always dusty, and there's always something being loaded onto a truck. Ledure Lightings Ltd. has been here for a while, and the building shows it. We have a lot of different lights around the place, some being tested and some being packed. The noise of the machinery from the neighboring units is something you just get used to after a week. Our staff is mostly people who live nearby, so we have a bit of a local feel even though we are a bigger setup. Lunch is usually a communal affair where everyone shares what they brought from home. We don't have a fancy reception area or anyone to open the door for you. You just walk in and find whoever is available. The floor can get a bit messy with wire scraps and bits of cardboard, but that’s the reality of making things. We have a few desks tucked away in the corner for the billing and the phones, but most of the action is in the back. It’s a lot of standing and moving around. We don't talk much about visions or goals; we just worry about getting the orders out before the sun goes down and the traffic on the main road gets completely stuck.
