Fashion Points is located at R-40 in Ramesh Park, which is part of the Export Market in Laxmi Nagar. Being in an export market means things are always moving fast. There are trucks coming and going, and people are always carrying bundles of clothes on their shoulders. Our spot at R-40 is small but we make it work. It is mostly filled with boxes and samples that we are sorting through. The walls are a bit scuffed and the desk is covered in papers and old coffee mugs. It is not a place where you come for a luxury experience. It is where the work gets done. We spend a lot of time on the phone or checking the quality of the pieces we get in. Laxmi Nagar is a bit of a maze, and Ramesh Park is no different. You have to know where you are going to find us. We don't have big neon signs or anything like that. Most of our visitors are people we have known for years in the trade. We just keep things moving and try to make sure we don't lose anything in the shuffle. It is a lot of hard work and the days are long, especially during the peak seasons when everyone wants their orders at the same time. But it is what we do, and we stay busy throughout the year without complaining much.
